Patches in the fixture_references: Rails plugin to allow you to cross-reference YAML fixtures branch "Bugfixes"

Reinstate a modified form of the test/unit require; everything now works *and* we still don't get the extra rake test suite run
Remove unnecessary test/unit require, so we don't get spurious test suite runs in Rake
